Extended Walking Capacity
As a continuous multi-day walking event, athletes must possess the musculoskeletal durability to manage repetitive impact and prolonged time on feet without structural breakdown.
Given the multi-hour duration of each daily stage, athletes should consume 30 to 60 grams of carbohydrates per hour alongside adequate hydration to maintain energy levels.
