Training advice travels by word of mouth. In most clubs there is one person who reads the numbers, follows a plan properly and ends up being asked about it, and a recommendation from that person carries further than any advertisement we could buy.
Every IntervalCoach account already carries a referral code and earns a reward when someone joins through it. That works well for one athlete telling another. It was never built for the person introducing IntervalCoach to a whole club. The IntervalCoach ambassador program is, and it opens for applications today.
Who it is for
You do not need to be an influencer, and you are welcome if you are one. There is no follower threshold either way, because reach is not what this is measured on.
It is for the athlete who runs the club's winter training, who set up the Wednesday intervals, who gets asked what a watch is actually saying. If you are the person your group brings its training questions to, this gives you something to offer when they do.
The program is built around training groups rather than audiences. A dozen athletes who ride together every Sunday are exactly what it is meant for.
What you get
Max, free, for as long as you are active. The full tier: 200 Coach+ messages a month, an eight-week plan horizon, benchmarks, photos in chat, and a club with no member cap.
Your club, with the AI digest switched on. Create a club, invite your group, and receive the weekly digest that reads what the group has shared and reports what matters for the week ahead. It is written for the group as a training unit, not for individual athletes.

Your referral code, and the reward behind it. Your clubmates start their trial through you, and you receive the standard referral reward each time one of them stays.
A story on the blog. We write a spotlight piece about your season, your training and your group. You approve every word before it goes out.
A direct line and early access. A private channel with me, access to features before they ship, and a direct route for whatever you and your group run into.
A Club Ambassador badge on your public profile, so the people you are helping can see it is official.
And one thing that is not ready: our own cycling kit. When it lands, ambassadors get access to it before anyone else. It does not exist yet, so it is the single item here without a date.
What I ask back
No quotas, no posting schedule, no contract. Three things, and they are the whole ask.
Introduce it the way that fits your group. You know how your club works and I do not. A message in the group chat, a mention after the Wednesday ride, a slide at the winter meeting: whatever is natural where you are.
Tell me how it is going once a quarter. A few sentences is enough. What landed, what did not, what your group keeps asking for. This is the part that makes the program worth running on both sides.
Tell me when something is wrong. You will hit problems before most athletes do, because you are watching a whole group use it. I would rather hear it from you first than read it in a review.
Who can apply
Three things are checked automatically when you submit, and the page tells you upfront which ones your account already meets:
- An account at least 60 days old. Long enough to have trained through a build block and a recovery week.
- A live Intervals.icu connection. Opening the app is not required. Most of IntervalCoach arrives by email, and many of the athletes best suited to this program read it there.
- Pro or Max, or one referral that already converted. Either you pay for it, or you have already talked someone into paying for it. Both mean you know the part you would be recommending.
Everything after that I read myself: the group you reach, how big it is, where it is, how you are in contact with them today, and why you want to do this in your own words.
Three rules, and they are the whole agreement
Say what is true. Do not promise results the product cannot deliver. If it did not work for someone, say so.
Say that you are an ambassador. Free Max and a reward per signup are a benefit, which makes anything you post about us advertising. Mark it as such. EU consumer law requires disclosing a commercial relationship, and the Dutch advertising code enforces it. It protects you more than it protects me.
Do not spam. No unsolicited messages, no dropping your code under other people's posts, nothing in a forum that does not want it.
There is no contract, no minimum, no quota and no notice period. If you want to stop, say so and it stops.
How it goes
You apply, I read it by hand within about two weeks, and if it is a no you get a reason rather than silence. If it is a yes, Max goes on, your code is live, and the channel invite lands in your inbox.
We are starting deliberately small: a first cohort we can support properly, concentrated in the languages and regions where IntervalCoach already has a footprint. It grows from there.
