Bring IntervalCoach to your club

What this is

Training advice travels by word of mouth. In most clubs there is one person who reads the numbers, follows a plan properly and gets asked about it, and a recommendation from that person carries further than any advertisement. Every IntervalCoach account already carries a referral code and earns a reward when someone joins through it. The ambassador program extends that for athletes introducing IntervalCoach to a whole club: the full product at no cost, the club tooling to run a group inside IntervalCoach, and a direct line to the people building it.

Every application is reviewed individually. There is no follower threshold and no contract.

What you get

  • Max, free, for as long as you are active

The full tier: 200 Coach+ messages a month, an eight-week plan horizon, benchmarks, photos in chat, and a club with no member cap. It stays active for as long as you are in the program.

  • A code worth handing out

Your personal referral code, and the reward that comes with it: your clubmates start a free trial through you, and you receive the standard referral reward each time one of them stays.

  • Your club, with the AI digest switched on

Create a club, invite your group, and receive the weekly digest that reads what the group has shared and reports what matters for the week ahead. It is written for the group as a training unit, not for individual athletes.

  • Your group on this page

Your club or training group is listed on this page, with a link to your profile, so athletes looking for a group to train with can find yours.

  • A post kit every month

Each month we send you one ready-made post in your language: an image and a short text about something new or useful. Adjust it to your own voice and share it.

  • Your story on the blog

We write a spotlight piece about your season, your training and your group, and put a share card behind it. You approve every word before it goes out.

  • A direct line and early access

A private Slack channel with the founder and the other ambassadors, access to features before they ship, and a direct route for what you and your group run into. No Slack account yet? The invite creates one for you.

  • The badge on your profile

A Club Ambassador badge on your public profile, so the people you are helping can see it is official.

Coming soon

IntervalCoach kit and merchandise

Our own cycling kit is in the works, and ambassadors get access to it before anyone else. It is not finished, so this is the one thing on this page without a date.

What we ask in return

No sales targets and no contract. Five things, and we check in on them every quarter.

  • Run your group in IntervalCoach

Create your club, invite your group and put your regular ride in as a club event. That is what makes the weekly digest work, and it is how your group finds each other.

  • Share it where your group already is, once a month

One post a month on your own channels: Instagram, Strava, Facebook, WeChat, your club's group chat. A story card after a good session, the monthly kit, or something in your own words. Always with your referral link, always marked as an ad.

  • Keep training with it yourself

You can only recommend what you use. Your training keeps reaching IntervalCoach while you are in the program.

  • Check in once a quarter

Three short questions: what you did for your group, what landed, what is missing. Paste the links to your posts. A few sentences is enough.

  • Tell us when something is wrong

You will hit problems before most athletes do, because you are watching a whole group use it. We would rather hear it from you first than read it in a review.

Who can apply

Four things are checked automatically when you submit. They exist so an ambassador knows the product from the inside, and can be found, before speaking for it.

  1. 1

An account at least 60 days old

Long enough to have trained through a build block and a recovery week.

  2. 2

    A live Intervals.icu connection

Your account has to have been reachable in the last 30 days. Opening the app is not required: most of the product arrives by email and that is fine.

  3. 3

Pro or Max, or one referral already converted

Either you pay for it, or you have already talked someone into paying for it. Both prove you know the part you would be recommending.

  4. 4

    A public profile

The ambassador badge and your listing on this page link to your profile, so it has to be public. You choose what it shows under Settings → Account → Public profile.

What we read ourselves

  • The group you reach: its name, what kind of group it is, roughly how many athletes, and where it is based.
  • How you are in contact with them today, and in which language you would run this.
  • Your case for doing this, in your own words. Minimum 200 characters.
  • Links to the group and to your own profiles. Required above 500 athletes.

How it goes

You apply

The form is short. It takes five minutes and most of it is already filled in from your account.

We review it

Individually, usually within two weeks. A decision either way comes with a reason.

You start

Max is switched on, your code is live, and an invite to the ambassador channel on Slack arrives by email. There is nothing to sign.

The three rules

These three rules apply to everything above.

  • Say what is true

Do not promise results the product cannot deliver. If it did not work for someone, say so.

  • Say that you are an ambassador

Free Max and a reward per signup are a benefit, which makes anything you post about us advertising. Mark it as such: #ad, #spon or the equivalent in your language. EU consumer law requires disclosing a commercial relationship, and the Dutch advertising code enforces it. It protects you more than it protects us.

  • Do not spam

No unsolicited DMs, no dropping your code under other people's posts, nothing in a forum that does not want it. One complaint of this kind ends the arrangement.

4.9from 252 ratings across the App Store and Google Play
“I absolutely love this app. You can customize pretty much everything and the price for the pro is very reasonable. I like how developer really try hard to improve the app and you got new updates all the time. Definitely a game changer for my training. Good job! Try it out!”

“Finally a well executed adaptive app that truly feels "worth it". The interface is clean and well thought out and simply talking to the AI coach can restructure your calendar. Using intervals.icu as the hub, these changes update my Garmin computers automatically.”

Questions

Does it cost me anything?
No. There is no fee, no minimum and no quota to hit. If you stop being active we simply stop the free Max, and you keep your account.
My club is small. Is that a problem?
No. The program is built around training groups rather than audiences. A dozen athletes who train together every week are exactly what it is meant for. Describe who they are and how you reach them.
Is there a sign-up target?
No. A small group that trains together every week is exactly what the program is for. We share the number of sign-ups through your link with you, as feedback, not as a target.
Do I have to post about IntervalCoach?
Once a month, on your own channels, in your own words or with the kit. Never under other people's posts, never in messages to people who did not ask.
What happens if I do not keep up?
We review after 90 days and then every quarter. If the check-in stays empty two quarters in a row, free Max is not renewed. Your account goes back to whatever tier you were on, and you can apply again later.
I already coach athletes. Is this the same as the Coach Plan?
No, they are separate. The Coach Plan is seats you buy in order to coach athletes inside IntervalCoach. The ambassador program is about bringing the product to a group. You can do both, and the seats are billed as normal.
Do I earn money?
You receive the standard referral reward whenever someone you brought in starts paying, the same reward available to every user. Cash commission is not part of the program today.
What if I want to stop?
Say so and it ends there. No notice period, no clawback. Your account goes back to whatever tier you were on.
What if my application is turned down?
You get a reason and you can apply again later. Most rejections are about timing rather than the person.
