Questions

What if they already use IntervalCoach?

On the free plan or a trial, the gift starts right away and any trial days left are added on. If they already pay on the web, the gift becomes credit that pays their next invoices. If they pay through the App Store, Google Play or a coach, they can keep the code and redeem it when that ends.

Do they need Intervals.icu?

Yes, a free Intervals.icu account. It is how IntervalCoach reads their training from Garmin, Wahoo, Apple Watch, Zwift and more. The redeem page walks them through it.

Does it renew?

No. A week before it ends we remind them, and they can choose to subscribe. Nobody is charged without asking.
