Nocna Masakra is an extreme night orienteering rally held annually during the longest night of the year, featuring cycling and walking routes.
What this race demands
Nocna Masakra demands continuous forward motion over 100 kilometers on foot during the longest night of the year, testing endurance across prolonged hours of darkness.
Extreme Distance
Covering 100 kilometers entirely by walking requires exceptional lower-body durability, repetitive-stress resilience, and rigorous physical preparation.
Nighttime Navigation
Holding the event during the longest night of the year introduces significant sleep deprivation and navigation challenges in extended darkness.
A continuous intake of 30 to 60 grams of carbohydrates per hour is recommended to sustain energy over the extended duration of a 100-kilometer walk.
