Introducing Coach+: Your AI Coach That Knows Your Training

Today I am launching Coach+, a conversational AI coach that knows your training inside out. You can ask it to adjust today's workout, reschedule your week, analyze your fitness trends, or give you nutrition advice. Think of it as having a coach on speed dial.

What can you ask?

Coach+ has full access to your training data and can take actions on your behalf. Here are some examples of what you can ask:

  • "Adjust today's workout, my legs are tired"
  • "Move Saturday's ride to Sunday"
  • "How's my fitness trending this month?"
  • "Add a race to my calendar on March 15"
  • "Why am I doing intervals today instead of endurance?"
  • "What should I eat before tomorrow's long ride?"

It understands context. If you tell it your legs are heavy, it will reduce the intensity or swap in a recovery session. If you ask about your fitness, it pulls your actual CTL, ATL, and form data to give you a real answer.

Plans and pricing

Coach+ is included with Pro at 20 messages per month. For athletes who want to chat more frequently, Max gives you 200 messages per month.

What else is new

I ship improvements almost every day. Here are some recent highlights beyond Coach+:

  • A new Training Plan page with week-by-week TSS targets, phase roadmap, and CTL projection to your goal event
  • AI nutrition advice with personalized pre, during, and post-workout fueling recommendations
  • Strength training support in weekly plans alongside cycling, running, and swimming
  • Support for multiple sessions per day with AM/PM splits
  • Your coach learns your preferences over time and adapts future workouts to what works for you
  • Race Pace Plans with AI-generated pacing strategy, warm-up protocols, and race day scenarios for your goal events
