The app launches with the features you use most - your daily briefing, dashboard, Coach+ chat, calendar, and activity analysis. It's fast, it works offline, and it gets push notifications. We'll keep extending it with every update to bring the full IntervalCoach experience to your phone - the training plan view is coming soon.
Wake up to your daily briefing
Every morning, a push notification arrives with your personalized plan for the day. Tap it and you're looking at your recovery status, today's coaching note, your scheduled workout, and how the week is shaping up. Before your feet hit the floor, you know exactly what today looks like.
Coach+ chat, anywhere
Warming up on the trainer? Sitting in the car before a race? Open the app and ask your coach anything. Get workout modifications, race day advice, or just a quick check on how your training block is going. The full Coach+ experience with all tools - right from your phone.
Instant post-workout feedback
After you finish a ride or run, a push notification pops up: "How did that feel?" Two quick taps - RPE and feel - and you're done. The AI uses this to adjust your next sessions. No more forgetting to log feedback hours later.
Deep activity analysis
Tap any completed workout to see the full AI breakdown: effectiveness score, zone distribution, key coaching insights, comparison to similar past sessions, and recovery recommendations. Share your best efforts with branded share cards that actually look good.

- Wellness check-in - rate stress, motivation, and mood from the daily briefing. Three taps that feed into tomorrow's training decisions
- Analytics - fitness trends, progressive overload tracking, and performance benchmarks on your phone
Zero friction setup
Sign in with your Intervals.icu account. That's it. All your training data, settings, goals, and subscription carry over instantly. If you already have Coach+ via the website, it works in the app - no need to subscribe again. You can also subscribe directly through the App Store if you prefer.
What about Android?
Not yet - but the web app at intervalcoach.app works great on Android browsers and will continue to be the primary experience for Android users for now.
