Începe gratuit24H Bydgoszcz Open Water Swimming is a unique 24-hour river swimming marathon held annually on the Brda River in the city center of Bydgoszcz, inspired by the 24h Le Mans motor race.
Ce cere această cursă
This 24-hour river swimming marathon demands continuous physical exertion, extreme mental endurance, and the ability to manage prolonged cold-water exposure and fatigue over a full day.
Continuous Duration

Open Water Durability
Swimming in the Brda River requires sighting, stamina, and resilience against changing water conditions and continuous muscular stress without extended rest periods.
Nutritional Execution
Maintaining output over a 24-hour period requires strict adherence to an in-water fueling and hydration protocol to prevent energy depletion.
